The Dipping lamp seeks to offer more than just function, it conveys a striking spectacle of colour.
The lamp features a brilliant white blown-glass globe, hand dipped in paint several times to create concentric rings of colour. The layering of paint moderates the light intensity when illuminated, performing as a shade and creating a range of ambient light to suit any décor.
Made from hand-blown glass resting on top of a cylindrical metal body. The Dipping portable light runs on battery power, to make it completely mobile, and offers five hours of battery life. There is a switch at the base and a dimmer makes it possible to set the light output to three different intensities.
